Add Systems

There are two ways to add systems.

• Add with a button (single system)

In Layout mode, select the System tool. Press the Add System button in the system sub-tools. The system is added at the end. If a system is selected when you click Add System, the new system is inserted immediately after the selected one. The number of measures in the system is 1.

• Add from the System Panel (one or more systems)

In Layout mode, select the System tool. Right-click any system and open the System Panel from the system context menu. Click Add System in the System Panel. Click "Add System Above" to add above the selected system, or "Add System Below" to add below. You can add multiple systems at once and set how many measures each system contains.

Delete Systems

There are two ways to delete systems.

• Delete with a button

In Layout mode, select the System tool. Press the Delete System button in the system sub-tools. The last system is deleted. If a system is selected when you click Delete System, the selected system is deleted.

• Delete from the System Panel

In Layout mode, right-click any system and open the System Panel from the system context menu. Click Delete System in the System Panel.

Justify Systems

Evenly distributes the spacing between multiple systems on a page.

In Layout mode, right-click any system and open the System Panel from the system context menu. Click Justify Systems in the System Panel. (You can specify a page range and a fixed number of systems.)
